Bs.As. - Tango and Tigre FTW!

Went to Buenos Aires again (May 24 to 26). This time it was to attend a concert by Ariel Ardit at Torquato Tasso. He is a super talented tango singer and a very old school entertainer in the best sense of the word. The concert was just awesome. And the food and wine were very good companions as well (thanks for the hint, Edu!)... for you to get a good impression of the concert watch:

After the concert we went out for a few drinks in San Telmo, where some of us had a little bit of a security paranoia... ;)

On Sunday we went to Tigre once again. It was a wonderfully sunny and warm day. This time we took a trip to the Paraná Delta by boat. Just some lazy Sunday afternoon activity. Really nice.

Museo de Arte Tigre

When we were done with the boat trip, we went to the Museo de Arte Tigre. The building itself is very impressive, an old club house where in the 1920s the rich and the famous met. The arts exhibition today is pretty nice as well though...

After the Museo we went to have some ice cream at the strangest ice cream parlour ever, Heladeria Via Toscana. The ice cream was really good, but the people were all a bit too hippie and the music was a bit too psychedelic for an ice cream place. We actually expected to get some LSD or a joint as a dessert. But it was only Dulce de Leche ice cream...

Finally we went to the Puerto de Frutos, which is not actually restricted to selling fruits. They are selling all kinds of stuff. Really nice place as well, but it was already kinda late and we had to get back to the city by train and bus. So we left quite soon and went back...

(just realized, that I already wrote a post regarding my first trip to Bs.As., so I'll skip that here... :) ...)
